Our goal is your satisfaction with the fit and feel of your purchase. We will exchange your boots or shoes within 30 days of the original purchase date subject to the following conditions for all exchanges and returns.
The following conditions apply to all exchanges and returns:
Contact us by e-mail at Sales@MuckBootDeals with your request for a return or an exchange.
You may return your boots or shoes provided you have not worn them outside and they are being returned in new (unused) condition.
The boots or shoes you return must be in the original, unmarked Muck Boot box and have all original tags still attached.
The original Muck Boot box must be returned packaged inside of another box. Please do not attach any shipping labels or other documents to the original Muck Boot box.
Please use the shipper of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend that you obtain and keep the tracking or confirmation number provided by the shipper to assure receipt of your return to Muckbootdeals.com.
Boots or shoes that fail to meet the above conditions may not be exchanged or returned. You will be notified by phone or e-mail that conditions have not been met and the boots or shoes will be returned to you. Your credit card will be billed for return shipping & handling charges and no credit will be issued.
IF YOUR BOOTS OR SHOES DO NOT FIT DUE TO INCORRECT SIZING -
All the above conditions must be met for an exchange of size. MuckBootDeals.com will ship you the correct size of boots or shoes upon receipt of the boots or shoes you are returning. You must pay the cost of the return shipping. MuckBootDeals.com will pay the shipping for the correct size of the same style of boots or shoes you originally ordered.
IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG STYLE OF BOOTS OR SHOES -
All the above conditions must be met for a return for credit. Boots or shoes that meet the above conditions for return will be charged a $7.50 restocking charge for each pair of boots or shoes returned to us. You must pay the cost of return shipping.
IF WE SENT THE WRONG BOOTS OR SHOES - OR THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL - MuckBootDeals.com will ship you the correct boots or shoes or new, undamaged boots or shoes upon receipt of the boots or shoes you are returning. MuckBootDeals.com will pay the return shipping charges provided you return them according to our instructions.
IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT-
If you would like immediate replacement(before MuckBootDeals.com receives your boot or shoe return)please let us know. We will prepare an invoice through PayPal for the correct style and size that you want and email it to you. Simply follow the instructions to complete the payment process. Once the returned boots or shoes are received by MuckBootDeals.com and have met the conditions for return, your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be credited including return shipping charges if applicable.
