I have to tell you of an example of receiving excellent customer service. I had purchase a pair of Daily Lawn and Garden shoes from Muck Boot Deals.com, after retiring my old worn-out pair after 6-7 years or reliable service. After about 7-8 months I notice a crack in my new shoes. I contact Much Boot Deals.com, and spoke to Gene from customer service. He informed me that they never heard of this issue before, but that he was going to discuss this problem with his distributor and get back to me within 2 days. Two days later Susan from customer service called me back and asked me to send the shoes back to them for inspection. I did this and within a few days Gene called me back to let me know that Muck Boot Deals.com would be sending me a replacement pair immediately, and not only that, they would also be sending me a check reimbursing me for my postage that I paid to send the defective shoes back. So from my first call to having my new replacement shoes in my hands took only about 10 days. All along the way Gene and Susan were so nice, informative, and pleasant to deal with. As they told me on the phone, “We have all had experiences with both very good and very bad customer service and we believe in only providing the very best customer service”. Well I can tell you from first-hand experience that they stand behind their word and they do provide the highest level of customer service to their customers.
